Grüns . We’re seeking a results-driven professional to lead our search engine marketing efforts and drive growth across our expanding product portfolio. As our SEM channel grows, you’ll own Google Ads and YouTube campaigns, manage Google Merchant Center, policy compliance, and campaign optimization to help us achieve strong impression share in our target categories. This role reports to our Senior Paid Search & YouTube Specialist. This role is remote with quarterly in-person off-sites. Responsibilities

Lead Google Ads campaign management and optimization to achieve market-leading impression share for Grüns and sister brands in our target segments Manage technical aspects of Google Merchant Center, policy compliance, and troubleshoot platform issues to ensure smooth campaign operations Launch and scale SEM campaigns for new product lines, supporting our expanding portfolio with strategic keyword targeting and competitive positioning Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance Collaborate with creative strategy and production teams to develop high-converting ad creative and landing page experiences Monitor campaign performance daily, implementing data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, new features, and SEM industry trends to maintain competitive advantage Develop and execute testing strategies for ad copy, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structures Create detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and growth opportunities Support YouTube advertising efforts and explore emerging Google advertising products as they become available Qualifications

1-2+ years of experience managing Google Ads in the ecommerce space, preferably with agency or in-house experience Expertise with Google Platforms including Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, and Google Tag Manager Proficiency with Shopify, keyword research tools, competitive research platforms, and Google Sheets/Scripts Experience with AI platforms and staying current on automation and machine learning applications in SEM Paid social and additional platform experience is a plus Experience with subscription-based brands or health & wellness/supplement companies preferred Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations Experience launching campaigns for new products and scaling successful initiatives Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and performance standards Approach to the role

For this role, base salary range is between

$60,000 - $80,000
