The Successful Applicant
5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in plastics, packaging, contract manufacturing, or a related industry. Proven track record of building new business and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of thermoplastics, resins, flexible/rigid packaging, or co-packing processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with the ability to travel regionally. Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field). What's on Offer
$140,000 - $160,000 base + anual bonus and commission Expected % based commission for each sale. Healthcare, vision, dental, insurance plans offered through the organization. 401K with employer contribution. PTO plus additional company sick time and holidays.
