Opportunity: Grow Your Career
Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to established procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain and follow merchandising standards and procedures. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support store shrink reduction initiatives. Participate in safety programs to maintain a safe environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Who Were Looking For: You.
Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodations. Works well with peers and supervisors.
