Position Overview: We’re seeking a Go-to-Market Systems Specialist to own and optimize the platforms that power our revenue and operations teams. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between departments—managing, improving, and aligning our CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools to help MedPro scale its operations, improve pipeline velocity, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary

Salesforce administrator

— manage configurations, user permissions, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and automation. Administer and enhance Go-To-Market platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Instantly, Five9, Velocify, etc.). Maintain and improve automation flows, campaign integrations, and CRM configurations. Streamline workflows from lead generation through customer onboarding. Partner with sales, marketing, and support to reduce friction and increase visibility across the funnel. Build dashboards and reporting for KPIs such as lead conversion, campaign ROI, and onboarding velocity. Maintain data hygiene, support accurate forecasting, and enforce data governance standards. Oversee integrations between GTM tools and other business systems (billing, compliance, e-signature). Support API-based workflows (Zapier, MuleSoft) to ensure seamless data flow. Train teams on CRM and automation best practices. Document system processes, updates, and best practices. Required Qualifications: Experience: 2-3+ years in Salesforce administration and GTM/revenue systems management, ideally in a B2B environment. Technical Skills: Intermediate to Advanced Salesforce Admin skills (certification preferred). Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketing Cloud,HubSpot, Marketo). Familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of revenue enablement tools (Gong, Outreach, SalesLoft). API integration experience (Zapier, MuleSoft). Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.) Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Communication: Excellent cross-functional collaboration and user training skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: CRM admin experience Experience in healthcare or medical waste industries. Familiarity with compliance tracking or billing systems. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range $65,000-$85,000 based on experience, plus additional earnings opportunities to the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and AI-focused solutions.
