Key Responsibilities

Lead partnerships with agencies to develop

audience-centric digital designs , ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives. Shape the overall

digital experience

by gathering and integrating stakeholder and leadership requirements, translating them into actionable implementation plans. Drive project delivery using

Agile methodologies , collaborating with technology teams to ensure timely and efficient execution. Oversee the

monitoring, measurement, and optimization

of project outcomes using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance. Communicate progress and project status to leadership through

executive-level presentations

with clear and concise updates. Qualifications & Experience

810 years of experience

in digital product ownership, marketing technology, or related roles, with strong background in

Agile methodologies . Proven track record managing

large-scale digital migrations, platform integrations, or transformation initiatives

in highly regulated industries (financial services, investment banking, or B2B environments). In-depth knowledge of financial services operations and structure, with familiarity across multiple business units. Skills & Competencies

Leadership & Strategy Expertise in

discovery phases, product visioning, and OKR-setting , with ability to map user journeys and define measurable outcomes. Experience managing

high-visibility digital initiatives , balancing technical, legal, operational, governance, and regulatory requirements. Strong ability to

drive consensus across cross-functional teams , manage ambiguity, and lead both direct and indirect reports. Communication & Decision-Making Exceptional ability to

clearly convey product vision

and deliver concise status updates to stakeholders and executives. Skilled in

decision-making and trade-offs , removing impediments, and delivering iterative value through MVPs. Customer-Centric Focus Data-driven mindset with passion for

customer-first approaches

and continuous improvement of digital experiences. Strong capability to

align digital strategies

with customer engagement goals and long-term business objectives.
