Ensure technical operations meet cGMP, EHS, and quality standards while supporting operational efficiency and financial performance. Lead capital projects and optimise the facility footprint to support growth and EBITDA improvement. Collaborate with executive leadership to align engineering operations with long-term business strategy. What you will do
Provide executive leadership across technical operations, driving alignment with strategic goals. Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, environmental and quality regulations. Lead all capital and facility management projects across the site. Drive operational performance, financial outcomes, and process optimisation. Evaluate facility footprint to manage fluctuations in demand and maintain EBITDA growth. Partner with senior leadership to identify market trends and shape strategic responses. Promote transparent communication across functions to solve challenges and drive results. Inspire and influence cross-functional teams to embrace the companys strategic vision. What you will bring
15+ years of leadership experience in API or fine chemicals manufacturing. Proven track record running complex manufacturing sites across multiple geographies. Extensive experience managing technical teams and capital projects. Excellent strategic planning and execution skills. Strong interpersonal and coaching capabilities. Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Application and contact
