As a vital part of the Produce team, you will receive and prepare product, maintain appealing displays, and enjoy interacting with customers. Your day-to-day involves breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, and ensuring a vibrant shopping experience that aligns with our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure displays are fresh and visually appealing by keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked.
Assist the Team Leader in organizing and showcasing seasonal and high-volume products.
Monitor and minimize spoilage, communicating any waste promptly.
Complete required worksheets for spoilage, sampling, and temperatures.
Work as part of a team for inventory checks and ensure a clean and sanitary environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing needs effectively and modeling suggestive selling techniques.
Maximize sales potential through proper product prep, storage, and merchandising.
Comply with health and safety regulations and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Perform assigned opening, mid, and closing duties ensuring accuracy in pricing and displays.
Quickly report any safety hazards or violations to management.
Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.

Experience:
No prior retail experience is necessary; we welcome all applicants.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Expect to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during your shift.
Comfortable using tools and equipment, including knives and electric pallet jacks.
Ability to work in various temperatures and conditions.
Flexible schedule availability required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
