What This Job Involves
Perform occupancy data set within relevant ATG technologies system of record Perform monthly reporting schedule and deliverables for people and space data as well as occupancy metrics Perform periodic data audits, accuracy, validation & coordinate reconciliation in accordance with agreed to Service Level Agreements Perform adds, changes and requests for Real Estate electronic drawings and storage of agreed files on client file sharing platforms. Perform drawing management support to maintain compliance with drawing data standards Perform tracking and management of agreed space and occupancy data sets within relevant technologies As required perform collection and storage of utilization datasets from relevant technologies As required perform routine reporting and analysis of utilization data and trending Perform workplace programming and requirements gathering (e.g. adjacency requirements) Perform Tactical Occupancy Planning duties (e.g. Space Planning & Block and Stack Plans) Assist with Scenario Occupancy Planning deliverables Perform updates to space layouts as business needs and requirements change within relevant technologies. Bachelor's Degree required 3 or more years of work experience in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients; or interior office planning, furniture planning/management, move/project management or related Facilities function in a corporate real estate setting Literacy in reading and interpreting floor plans A working knowledge of occupancy utilization, office design principles and trends such as the mobile or collaborative workplace Great relationship building skills and client experience focus Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including active listening, verbal, written and visual and the ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate them to others on the account Ability to create accurate and credible planning reports to support CRE decision making Attentive to detail and accuracy - particularly numbers and spatial creativity Flexible, proactive and adaptable Reliable, responsible, and disciplined Ability to go above and beyond to help with any tasks that might come your way and solve problems effectively A team player who successfully collaborates with others and is productive working independently Ability to problem solve and navigate through ambiguity independently Ability to ask questions when needed Proficient with MS Office - particularly Excel & PowerPoint Proficient with AutoCAD - highly desirable Proficient in Bluebeam Revu for mark-up, take-off, and document organization - highly desirable Experience with CAFM / IWMS software - highly desirable Estimated compensation for this position: 82,500.00 99,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
