Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews Guide new hires through onboarding and orientation Employee Relations Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts Support performance management and disciplinary processes Benefits & Compensation Administer employee benefits and payroll systems Assist with compensation planning and salary reviews Policy & Compliance Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and company standards Maintain employee records and manage HRIS systems Training & Development Organize training programs and support career development initiatives Track employee progress and gather feedback Key Skills & Qualifications 2 or more years in Human Resources with experience with most of the core HR responsibilities listed (required) Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proficiency with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Bachelors degree preferred (in HR, organizational management, or related field) Certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus Seniority level
