Location: Remote (Region includes TX, OK, LA, CO, AR, NM, NE) Job Description

The

Regional Account Director

will manage small regional payer accounts to secure favorable formulary status, oversee payer engagement, and negotiations aligned with market access strategy. Building relationships with senior stakeholders at regional payers is essential. This strategic role involves monitoring payer, policy, market conditions, and contract performance, especially in preparation for launching Galderma's biologic treatment for atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis. You will engage with decision-makers on clinical and economic value, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement market access strategies, gathering insights to inform business planning. Travel to customer accounts and HQ is required. Region covers TX, OK, LA, CO, AR, NM, NE. Key Responsibilities

Develop strategies supporting formulary coverage and reimbursement Drive brand growth through access strategies Build relationships with regional payers Educate stakeholders on product and economic benefits Coordinate with commercial functions Lead account-specific business plans and negotiate contracts Share insights on market trends with partners Advise leadership on payer landscape updates Identify and resolve issues collaboratively Train field teams on payer processes Ensure activities comply with regulations and policies Skills & Qualifications

Master's, PharmD, MBA + 5 years or Bachelor's + 8 years in biotech/pharma/payer industry Experience with payers, health plans, Medicaid, PBMs Strong influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of US payer landscape and market access models Proficiency in drug reimbursement and access Travel up to 50% required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Effective team collaboration and alignment skills Strategic planning, execution, analytics, and communication Ability to partner with various organizational functions Executive presence and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders What we offer
