Preferred qualifications: At least 4 years of experience as a software developer/programmer with expertise in jBPM, Java/J2EE, Spring, GWT, and Oracle. Experience in a global application development environment for AML/KYC. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, with familiarity in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Core Java, including collections and multithreading. Proficiency in Spring and Hibernate frameworks. Experience with Oracle SQL queries. Strong analytical skills. Experience and willingness to work in a global delivery environment. UI development experience with GWT or similar technologies is a plus.
