This position blends candidate generation with outreach, marketing, and relationship-building to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent pipeline goals.**Responsibilities:*** Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract a wide range of talent, including hard-to-fill, high-volume, and executive roles.* Engage with active and passive candidates through social media, Boolean searches, networking, and referrals.* Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide clear evaluations to the recruiting team.* Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate attraction, qualification, and relationship management.* Maintain and optimize our presence on platforms like LinkedIn and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).* Build strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, trade schools, community organizations, and industry groups to strengthen our talent pipeline.* Represent the company at career fairs, community events, and industry conferences.* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and draft compelling job advertisements.* Coordinate internship programs, including job postings, candidate screening, onboarding, and engagement.* Provide insights through labor market research, competitive intelligence, and recruitment analytics.* Contribute to the development and maintenance of job descriptions, templates, and recruitment tools.**Requirements:*** High school diploma or GED required* Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is desired* At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, ideally with exposure to external partnerships.* A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with ATS systems is required, Workday experience a plus* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Proven success in identifying top talent and assessing cultural alignment* Experience building external talent pipelines through educational institutions or community organizations* Understanding employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels is beneficial* Demonstrates strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to present virtually to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively across teams* Excels in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, applying sound judgment, maintaining confidentiality, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisionsCompensationThe anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $63,909.00 to $79,864.00 Annually.
