We're seeking an Operations Technical Specialist to join our stellar team. You will be collaborating closely with clients, the trade desk, and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless execution. Combining technical expertise with clear communication, you will help strengthen controls, enhance daily workflows, and ensure accurate, timely settlement of all transactions. Responsibilities

MBS Allocations via FICC EPN and meeting daily cutoff's for pool information (Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae) FICC Comparison through RTTM for novation of trades and margin positions Fail reporting and management of aged items for CPR Claims TMPG (Treasury Market Practice Group) Trade Assignments execution and monitoring legal binding contracts Processing manual Give-ups and tying out monthly cash settlements for FICC Static Data: Monitor error queue (IMPACT, MBSE Bloomberg Monitor) Knowledge and Experience with IMPACT, ION, BPS, Bloomberg and MBSE systems Qualifications:

1+ years of Fed Settlements experience Bachelor's degree/equivalent experience A driven individual who is looking for self and process improvement A willing learner who is open to new ideas and concepts Ability to meet and deliver positive work on strict deadlines Ability to strengthen bonds and communicate effectively and clearly with both colleagues and clients Self-motivated individual who wants to push themselves towards excellence A responsible and reliable person personally and professionally ION, IMPACT, BDC, FICC, BPS and MBSE experience as a benefit Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $75,000- $80,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
