Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Technician to sit on site in Norfolk, VA. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal users across hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality support.
