Job Description Description: BulletProof Hitches is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with inventory processing, order picking and packing, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and collaborating with the Quality Control (QC) department. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of performing physical tasks, and skilled in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Processing: Work closely with the QC department to process and manage inventory, ensuring all products are accurately received, labeled, and stored. Picking & Packing Orders: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Warehouse Cleaning & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including routine cleaning and proper storage of materials. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. Operating Forklift: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products, materials, and inventory. Physical Labor: Lift up to 85 lbs and perform manual tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Requirements: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift up to 85 lbs and perform physical tasks. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 hour day shift
