Clinician CLDS
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 40 hrs Salary Range: $76,950.00-$81,000.00

What You’ll Do: Provide clinical oversight and direct support to persons served and the staff who serve them in community-based settings. You will be a clinical leader on the road, ensuring the highest quality of care. Travel to BAMSI homes and day habilitation programs to provide clinical supervision, crisis response, training and support. Oversee intake, assessments, and the development of individualized, strengths-based treatment plans. Facilitate Home Based Action team meetings Respond to and support staff through crises and traumatic incidents. Act as a liaison with families, state agencies and community resources to coordinate care. What You Bring: Licensure: Current independent Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent). Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. Experience: Experience working clinically with individuals with complex behavioral and emotional needs. Experience with young adults is a strong plus. Skills:
Strong leadership and clinical supervision skills. Ability to respond calmly and effectively to crises. A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively to community sites.
