What You’ll Do: Provide the clinical, administrative, and strategic leadership for the Brockton CSA, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, family-centered care within the Wraparound model. Provide weekly clinical supervision to Intensive Care Coordinators (ICCs) and FIT Team members. Ensure program fidelity and compliance with MCE, state, and agency policies, including oversight of all clinical documentation and data collection (CANS, WFI, TOM). Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and serve as the primary liaison with community partners, hospitals, and state agencies. Manage the program budget, including the creative utilization of flexible funds. Facilitate Local System of Care meetings to address service gaps and strengthen community resources. Oversee the 24/7 on-call system, providing backup support and ensuring effective crisis response.
What You Bring: Education & Licensure:
Master’s Degree in a clinical discipline (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling) and an independent Massachusetts license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT). Experience:
5+ years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families, including 3+ years in a
supervisory/management
capacity. Certification:
Massachusetts CANS certification (required). Expertise:
Deep knowledge of the Wraparound process, system of care philosophy, and community-based service delivery. Skills:
Proven leadership and team mentorship abilities. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong financial and operational acumen. A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
