Juniata College is seeking a
Program Coordinator
for the Baker Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies—one of the nation’s oldest and most respected programs in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning events, managing projects, and helping students and faculty bring meaningful initiatives to life.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate logistics for events, guest speakers, workshops, and conferences.
Manage budgets, expenses, invoices, and office operations.
Support the Director with programming, outreach, and administrative tasks.
Create and promote marketing materials (print, digital, website, and social media).
Work with students, faculty, and campus partners to enhance the Baker Institute’s visibility and impact.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Canva, and website editing.
Ability to work with diverse groups of people in a professional, welcoming manner.
Creative skills in writing, editing, or digital content production are a plus.
