Overview
Senior Project Manager to support M&A and ERP initiatives. This role is 100% remote, but candidates must be local to the EST time zone. Location:
Remote (EST) Compensation:
$70/hour W2 This role is not open on C2C or to third parties. Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for multiple concurrent M&A integrations. Spearhead at least three complex ERP migration projects (focused on Oracle EBS), emphasizing data integration and third-party collaboration. Work directly with business partners to understand, troubleshoot, and refine data extracts for ERP loads. Collaborate with business and IT teams to plan and execute mock and production data loads. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Drive clear communication across various functional areas. Provide structure within a fast-paced PMO environment. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources. Qualifications
7+ years of project management experience. Significant experience implementing ERP systems, with a strong understanding of data migration. Experience with ERP implementations, ERP migrations, or ERP integrations in a recent role is required. Proven experience managing a minimum of three different ERP integrations. Experience with Oracle EBS is a plus. Demonstrated experience working directly with business partners on data extraction and refinement. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with coworkers across various functional areas. Experience influencing and managing project teams without direct reports. Solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies. Some technical experience and a high-level understanding of IT infrastructure. Comprehensive knowledge of PMI methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Additional information
