Overview
We are seeking to appoint a Head of Academy at our alternative provision academy in Havering. The successful candidate will ensure the vision and values of the trust are delivered so that OA-Hv is a beacon of best practice in the education and care of pupils, who have experienced considerable difficulty in mainstream schools, so that they can re-engage with education, make good progress, achieve academically, and, wherever possible, return to a mainstream education. The Head of the Academy will report to the Executive Headteacher. Responsibilities
leadership learning and teaching managing both people and resources safeguarding children managing partnerships within the community, industry and the wider world accountability and transparency The closing time and date for receipt of applications is 9am Monday 6th October.
