Located in League City, TX, we are a well-established, full-service small‑animal hospital that has been serving the community since 1993. We are looking for an experienced veterinarian with strong leadership skills who is passionate about mentorship, high‑quality medicine, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture. As our Lead Veterinarian, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our hospital while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance with the support of our experienced team. What You'll Do: Provide medical leadership, mentorship, and support to our veterinary team Ensure high‑quality patient care and client service Collaborate with hospital leadership to enhance operations and drive growth Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous learning
Anticipated Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available to build a full‑time or customized schedule that works for you Open Monday–Friday 7:30 am – 6:00 pm Rotating Saturdays from 7:00 am – 12:00 pm
