Channelscaler is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and data-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead all aspects of our marketing organization and spearhead the development of a world-class demand generation engine. As a key member of the leadership team and reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for defining and executing a holistic marketing strategy that accelerates our growth trajectory by building scalable marketing programs that generate high-quality leads, fuel our sales pipeline, drive brand awareness, engage our customers, and solidify our market leadership.This role is ideal for an experienced marketing executive with a proventrack record of scaling B2B SaaS companies and has a track record of transforming marketing teams into revenue-generating engines.
As VP of Marketing, youll collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success to ensure marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with company objectives. You will oversee demand generation, brand and content strategy, communications, and events positioning Channelscaler as an industry leader while powering sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Leadership: Design, implement, and scale a comprehensive demand generation engine, including inbound and outbound strategies, ABM (account-based marketing), content syndication, webinars, AEO/SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, and performance advertising to drive MQLs (marketing qualified leads) and SQLs (sales qualified leads). Set clear KPIs, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across demand generation, product marketing, brand, and communications to achieve aggressive growth goals. Brand & Positioning: Define and evolve Channelscalers brand identity, messaging, and positioning to differentiate in the market. Ensure consistent storytelling across all channels and touchpoints. Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute annual plans, budgets, and roadmaps that support 25-50% growth targets. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies. Content & Thought Leadership: Oversee the creation of high-impact content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, webinars) that educates, engages, and positions Channelscaler as a trusted authority in SaaS. Product Marketing: Partner with product marketing, product management and sales teams to develop compelling value propositions, sales enablement tools, and successful go-to-market strategies for new features and launches. Events & Community: Expand brand visibility through industry events, webinars, and customer programs that foster loyalty and advocacy. Analytics & Optimization: Build a performance-driven marketing organization with strong measurement, reporting, and insights. Use data to optimize campaigns, track ROI, and inform strategic decisions. Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product, customer success, and finance to ensure marketing efforts are fully aligned with business priorities and revenue goals. Innovation & Market Awareness: Stay on top of marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure Channelscaler remains at the forefront of B2B SaaS marketing. Experiment with emerging channels (e.g., AI-driven personalization, intent-based marketing, partner-led demand generation) to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS in PE backed companies, with at least 5 years at the senior level (VP or Director). Demonstrated success driving growth from ~$10M to $50M+ ARR preferred. Expertise: Strong background across core marketing disciplines, including demand generation, brand strategy, product marketing, content, digital, and events. Proficiency with martech stacks (Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, Google Analytics, 6sense, etc.). Leadership: Exceptional team builder and people leader with a track record of scaling high-performing marketing organizations. Strategic & Analytical: Data-driven decision-maker who can balance creative vision with operational rigor. Experienced in budget management and ROI analysis. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. Attributes: Entrepreneurial, collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about SaaS innovation. Skilled at operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
