Two positions are available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work within a K-12 educational setting in Midland, GA. These contract roles are for the upcoming school year (NSY), providing specialized behavioral support to students.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement behavior intervention strategies. Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure student success. Provide training and consultation to school staff on behavioral techniques and best practices. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working in K-12 school environments preferred. Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
