About the role

The Principal GTM TA Partner will own hiring across all business-facing functions, including sales, customer success, marketing, finance, legal, people, and operations. This senior IC role carries full cycle ownership, from defining roles with leaders to sourcing and closing candidates, while ensuring a high bar for talent and candidate experience. The ideal candidate has recruited across diverse business functions in high growth companies. They bring presence and credibility when representing the company, have experience advising executives, and know how to leverage AI tools to maximize reach and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Partner with executives and leaders across GTM and business functions to define success profiles Source and engage high quality candidates across sales, CS, marketing, finance, people, legal, and operations Own end to end recruiting from intake to close and onboarding handoff Shape employer brand and candidate messaging for customer-facing and corporate roles Provide insights on compensation, talent availability, and competitive dynamics Apply AI recruiting tools to expand reach and increase process efficiency Qualifications

Must Have: Significant in-house recruiting experience, typically 7+ years, including time spent at high-growth companies where you owned full-cycle hiring with a focus on GTM and corporate roles Proven ability to deliver early hiring wins while maintaining a high bar for talent Executive-level presence and credibility to represent the company to senior candidates Hands-on sourcing capability combined with strong candidate closing skills Track record of building scalable recruiting processes in lean, fast-paced environments Nice to Have: Experience in SaaS, AI, or insurance-adjacent industries Hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Juicebox, BrightHire Employer brand and content experience for talent attraction Success building teams in high-growth startup environments
