Overview
Sr. Product Marketing Manager, eSignature at DocuSign. You will drive adoption, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives for the eSignature product and IAM Platform, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize segmentation, customer journey, and full-funnel experience. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing. Responsibilities
Own the positioning, messaging, and value propositions of the eSignature product Uncover customer insights to improve the customer journey, drive better experiences, and account growth; refine and optimize messaging based on these insights Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer needs inform roadmap prioritization, packaging, pricing, and communication Partner with demand generation to create campaigns that drive acquisition and upsell opportunities Partner with Sales Enablement to provide content, tools, and training to enable sales Drive usage and create expansion opportunities in collaboration with customer success Work with International Marketing to showcase the value of eSignature and the IAM platform in core international regions Support strategic customer and internal events by developing presentations, sessions, training, and speaking What you bring
Basic 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space Preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with examples of using data for customer insights and recommendations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven track record of working with multiple cross-functional teams Ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences MBA Self-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal supervision Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven Job Designation & Work Model

Salary ranges vary by location. California: $140,000.00 - $225,075.00 base; Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $133,800.00 - $189,000.00 base. Benefits & Perks
