Daikin
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to hearth products and installations
Coordinate with installers and sales representatives to resolve product and installation questions
Provide accurate and timely responses via phone, email, and in-person communication
Schedule and confirm installation appointments and service calls
Enter and maintain customer and order data in internal systems with high attention to detail
Track and follow up on open service tickets and installation progress
Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to all stakeholders
Assist with documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in home services, HVAC, or hearth products Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Proficiency in data entry and basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, CRM systems) Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Comfortable working in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment Bonus Skills
Familiarity with hearth products or installation processes Experience coordinating with field technicians or contractors
