Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic manufacturing company in Pico Rivera. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exemplary customer support. As a key point of contact for clients and customers, you'll be responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally. Process customer orders accurately, ensuring they meet company timelines and guidelines. Maintain accurate customer records and accounts in the company's database or CRM system. Investigate and resolve product or service issues, providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, shipping, and production, to ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are met. Communicate product information, pricing, and availability to customers in a clear and concise manner. Prepare and distribute quotes, order confirmations, and follow-up correspondence as needed. Monitor and track the status of customer orders to proactively identify and address potential delays or issues. Support other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and report preparation. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus. At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
