Administrative Support

This position provides essential administrative support to Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations, sales territories, and district management. Duties are varied and include but are not limited to communications and meeting administration; data entry and management in the human resources information system ("HRIS"), applicant tracking system ("ATS"), and timekeeping system; filing and record keeping; monitoring financial/operating reports; processing expense reports; providing administration support for training and performance management processes; and ensuring that the office functions are handled in an efficient manner. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the company's staff, employees, and business relationships.
