Customer Service Assistant
Location: Boston, MA Company: Unilux Brand We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with product selection and information. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and efficient manner. Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about services. Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the cause of the problem and providing effective solutions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on active listening. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage. Benefits
