APRMG is a leading mortgage company committed to delivering exceptional service with integrity, transparency, and client-centered solutions. We're looking for a skilled Reverse Mortgage Sr. Loan Processor to join our team and help streamline the reverse mortgage process with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities Review and analyze loan files for completeness and compliance with FHA, HECM, and HUD guidelines Work directly with Loan Officers to gather and validate required documentation Prepare loans for underwriting with minimal conditions Input and maintain accurate loan data in LOS (e.g., Quantum) Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the loan process Collaborate with Closing Coordinators to ensure timely closings Assist with post-funding documentation for Quality Control Stay current on reverse mortgage industry guidelines and investor requirements Qualifications

3+ years of mortgage processing experience , with

reverse mortgage experience preferred Knowledge of

FHA/HECM/HUD regulations Experience with

loan origination systems

(e.g., Quantum) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills

Deep understanding of reverse mortgage products Ability to manage a pipeline of 20-30 loans High attention to detail and documentation accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage processing tools Strong customer service orientation Performance Expectations

Close loans within 30-45 days from submission Maintain processing error rate below 2% Deliver consistent, timely communication with internal and external partners
