We are seeking a motivated and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a bubbly disposition, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel. Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff and clients. Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is kept tidy and welcoming. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails. Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage inquiries efficiently.
