Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Pay | $17 per hour
Essential Tasks: This position handles inbound calls related to legal settlements, providing scripted information and documenting details in a tracking database. Some outbound follow-up calls may be required. The role involves handling confidential information, requires strict adherence to the script, and demands strong attention to detail and quick thinking to support multiple cases effectively.
Qualified candidates will have previous customer service experience or call center experience.
