Unit Secretary Clerk

Unit Secretary Clerks are responsible for the following: Provides support to the nurse manager with reports, data, and special assignments. Transcribes physician orders for medications, diets, treatments, etc. Runs errands as directed/necessary. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Unit Secretary Clerk will perform various clerical responsibilities on nursing units including preparing, compiling, and maintaining patient records.
