Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders and product troubleshooting are taken care of. This person will join a team of reps, taking inbound calls and emails from internal partners to support customer requests and service requests. They will help set up engineers to service the client, order replacement parts and look up information for internal partners and customers. Responsibilities include: Answering 800-line calls and making outgoing calls (10-30 calls a day + emails) Creating service requests for repair, preventive maintenance, assist, Depot, and non-repair Identifying and reporting potential complaints per criteria on service orders Pursuing and dispatching service orders to Field staff within designated timeframe Creating installation requests and coordinating hardware installation communication Supporting Plasma Business Unit Hotline, completion of service orders, and opening hotline notifications for roll-over calls Assisting in maintaining Depot Daily reporting, and customer follow-up Performing data entry of spare service part orders, and FOC orders, and delivery complaints Handling spare part expediting process via late transaction & part chasing Handling spare part "Re-Stock" from FSE trunk stock to warehouse Performing daily SAP part movement for inventory purposes Creating and updating preventative maintenance plans Assisting in updating Equipment Master Record in reference to ZVInstall, hardware forms, scraps, and device transfers Completing and maintaining daily SharePoint requests Performing daily/weekly and monthly reports in SAP Creating weekly on-call/vacation assignment schedule Supporting/interacting with Technical Assistance, Hotline Team, Plasma Business Unit, and other business units as needed (i.e., Commercial Ops, Finance, Marketing, IT, etc.) Additional administrative duties/projects as assigned Skills required include customer service, data entry, inbound call, Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), order entry, ERP, and CRM. Top skills include customer service, data entry, and inbound call. MUST HAVE: 2+ years of customer service from an office 1+ year data entry Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) 1+ year phone experience Basic computer skills NICE TO HAVE: College degree Experience with SAP Logistics Experience with Lotus Notes Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr.
