We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, tasked with providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our clients. Job: On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $950- $1150 per week Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate, timely, and relevant information regarding products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a tactful manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience. Collaborate with team members and various departments to facilitate prompt solutions for customer issues. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Proven customer service experience or relevant experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Benefits
