Role Overview The Product Marketing Manager will aid in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for our Fintech products, driving adoption, engagement, and growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the Fintech industry, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, with a focus on crafting compelling messaging and positioning to differentiate our offerings. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with 4-5 years of experience in product marketing, particularly in Fintech, and a proven track record of successful GTM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches and feature releases, including market research, positioning, messaging, and launch timelines. • Market and Customer Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and industry trends in the Fintech space. Translate insights into actionable strategies. • Messaging and Positioning: Create clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences, including businesses, consumers, and partners. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, sales, and design teams to align GTM strategies with product roadmaps and business objectives. • Content Development: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, website content, and sales enablement materials tailored to Fintech audiences. • Campaign Execution: Drive demand generation campaigns, working with digital marketing and growth teams to optimize performance across channels (e.g., email, social media, webinars). • Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze the success of GTM initiatives using KPIs such as adoption rates, revenue impact, and customer engagement. Provide regular reports to leadership. • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on Fintech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications • Experience: 4-5 years of product marketing experience in the Fintech industry, with a strong focus on go-to-market strategies. • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Fintech products, markets, and customer segments (e.g., payments, lending, wealth management, or blockchain solutions). • GTM Expertise: Proven success in developing and executing GTM plans, including product launches, positioning, demand generation, cross functional teamwork, full product marketing management cycle. • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences. • nalytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and derive insights from data using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Tableau. • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative teams. • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus but not required.
