Texas AirZone, a leading HVAC company, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR wil play a key role in delivering superior service to our clients by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with our HVAC technicians. This position requires strong communication skills, HVAC knowledge, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking HVAC services, answering inquiries and providing information about our company's offerings. Schedule HVAC service appointments accurately and efficiently, considering technician availability and customer preferences. Communicate with customers to confirm appointment details, including date, time, and service requirements. Coordinate with HVAC technicians to ensure timely arrivals and efficient service delivery. Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, working to achieve satisfactory resolutions. Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installation options. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and appointment schedules in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments, including sales and operations, to optimize customer service processes and procedures. Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and HVAC regulations to provide informed support to customers. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in HVAC systems is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or related industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Proficiency in computer applications. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in scheduling and documentation. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
