Hale Trailer
Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its Boston branch located in Walpole, MA. In this position we are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in a role where they can learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and assist in maintaining customer relationships through administrative tasks. Filing and departmental paperwork, update and maintain various Excel spreadsheets. Answer incoming phone calls; assist or direct calls accordingly. Make calls to customers and vendors as needed. Issuing sales transaction invoices and handle cash and other payments. Oversee maintenance of required office supplies and equipment. With training, become proficient with other skills that support the sales administrative department. Interface with all Hale Team Members, as well as other branch locations as needed. Comply with the Company's safety program, practices, and procedures Other administrative tasks and projects assigned. Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales administration, or related role. Experience in a truck trailer or heavy equipment dealership a plus. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be detail-oriented, and able to handle multi-tasking regularly. Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Must have good computer and accurate data entry skills, experience with Microsoft Office. Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
