This job is a member of the Accounts Payable Team within the Finance Division. What You'll Do Reconciliation of vendor accounts Representative of American Airlines who works closely with vendors and internal business units to resolve invoice discrepancies Performs identification and validation of vendor to be paid Performs audit of approvals to ensure compliance with Resource Approval Policy Performs scanning and indexing of invoices and AP documents for visibility to broad user group Responds to high-volume amount of e-mails in group e-mail box Performs a variety of other functions/ad-hoc projects as assigned to achieve the department/company's goals and business objectives All You'll Need For Success High School diploma or GED Equivalency Prior accounts payable experience Prior customer service experience Prior SAP experience Ability to provide great customer service and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and organization skills What You'll Get Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
