E-Commerce Customer Service

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless customer experience across our digital platforms and fulfillment operations. You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries and play a key role in coordinating with our warehouse and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website with professionalism and efficiency. Release website orders to the warehouse team for fulfillment. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to orders, shipments, and returns. Collaborate with Warehouse and Production departments to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely shipments. Coordinate special print queue requests for multi-address and event-based orders. Print and prepare custom labels for hotel and event shipments. Manage canceled orders and communicate updates with the warehouse team. Operate within our proprietary web software and NetSuite by Oracle to manage order flow and customer data. Navigate between office and warehouse environments to facilitate returns, exchanges, and real-time communication. Qualifications
Previous experience in e-commerce customer service or order fulfillment preferred. Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working across digital platforms and physical warehouse settings.
Pay/Benefits:
Pay is $45,000 - $55,000 dependent on experience Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details:
$45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
