Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Visual Design
- Develop persuasive, audience-tailored content for digital campaigns, websites, promotional materials, press releases, and social platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across messaging and visual assets.
- Design engaging graphics and presentations that support marketing efforts.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure clarity and impact in all creative deliverables.
Campaign Management & Lead Generation
- Assist in launching multi-channel campaigns across digital, event, and partnership platforms.
- Align campaign goals with sales and business development teams to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Evaluate and refine marketing channels based on performance metrics.
- Translate technical or complex ideas into accessible, audience-friendly messaging.
Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain marketing dashboards and assist in performance tracking and ROI analysis.
- Provide actionable insights based on campaign data and market trends.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Support product and service launches through coordinated marketing efforts.
- Share competitive intelligence and customer feedback to enhance messaging and positioning.
- Uphold quality control standards across all marketing outputs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, tech, or mission-driven sectors.
- Demonstrated success in executing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
- Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse formats (web, email, social, etc.).
- Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
- Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets for data modeling and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication abilities.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
