We are seeking an experienced Stepdown/PCU RN for a night shift assignment in a Level III Trauma setting. The role involves caring for patients with cardiac and progressive care needs such as post-cath/pacer, pneumonia, COVID-19, ETOH withdrawal, and ICU downgrades. Candidates must be skilled in telemetry, rhythm interpretation, and titrating cardiac drips (excluding sedation or pressors). Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care to progressive care/stepdown patients Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms (with support from monitor techs) Titrate insulin, heparin, amiodarone, cardizem, nitroglycerin, dopamine, and dobutamine drips Document patient care accurately using EPIC (EpicCare Inpatient) Collaborate with charge nurses, remote telemetry, and interdisciplinary teams Work 12-hour night shifts (1730–0615), including weekends and holidays Participate in unit-specific orientation (1–2 shifts based on experience) Required Qualifications:
