• 25 hospitalists in group
• 7 on/7off no call
• Competitive base salary around $275K range
• WRVU bonus
• Quality bonus paid annually
• Total comp over $300K
• 16-18 patients per shift
• No procedures or codes required
• Full intensivist team in-house with full sub-specialty support
• PA and NP s on staff
• Internal medicine or Family medicine training accepted. Must be Board eligible/certified
• 400 bed tertiary hospital
• 7 days PTO
• Sign on bonus of $25K
• CME allowance of $5,000 annually. Paid malpractice, health, vision/dental, life and disability
• 2 hours to Pittsburgh, PA and 3 hours to Baltimore, MD
• Metro population of 130,000 with service area of 330,000
• H1b visa sponsorship offered. Possible J1 sponsorship.
