Starts in July and will be ongoing at least until October 2016. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm (with break for lunch). Solo provider environment with Nurse, Lab Tech and Rad Tech. Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician. Will consider Internal Medicine Physician as long as they have experience working with children.
