Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services

Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing

Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD

(strongly preferred)

Active Illinois Pharmacist License

(clear and in-hand)

2+ years of recent inpatient hospital experience

required
