MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM + Rotating Weekends Travel Pharmacist Opportunity in Minnesota Retail & Long-Term Care Pharmacy
Soliant Health is seeking an experienced and licensed
Travel Pharmacist
for a
specialty pharmacy
located across the great state of MN . This
13-week pharmacy contract job
involves a combination of
retail
and
long-term care (LTC)
responsibilities in a clinical-focused setting. If youre a pharmacist with experience in
outpatient, LTC, or community pharmacy
settings and enjoy working with a diverse patient population, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
Accurately
dispense medications
and ensure compliance with
Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
regulations
Provide high-quality
patient counseling , drug utilization review, and support
medication adherence programs
Participate in
immunization programs
and
Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
services
Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure
compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and DEA standards
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and LTC nursing teams to deliver timely service
Support
long-term care pharmacy operations , including blister packaging and medication audits
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Minnesota Pharmacist license
(in good standing)
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an
ACPE-accredited pharmacy school
Immunization-certified pharmacist
(required)
Current
CPR/BLS certification
MTM certification
preferred (but not required)
Minimum 1 year of experience in
retail ,
long-term care , or
closed-door pharmacy settings
Strong
clinical knowledge ,
communication skills , and customer service focus
