What you’ll do As a Product Manager within the Identity and Security team, you will play a critical role in defining improvements to the core security infrastructure of Docusign. You will think about both protecting our services and our customers’ data from any form of abuse, and about how to provide our customers with the right set of tools to let them meet their compliance, regulatory and security requirements. Docusign strives to provide the highest standards in security. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying how the various levels of protection we have in place need to evolve to support Docusign’s venture in the Intelligent Agreement Management space. You will work closely with our engineering teams to build the platform supporting those needs and drive adoption of that platform across the organization, with our support and consulting organizations to push best practices implementation by customers, and with our security team to help manage any security concerns. Deliver clear specifications for product enhancements, based on analysis of usage data, customer feedback and industry trends Partner with Engineering, Product Experience, Data Science, GTM teams on execution and release of product enhancements that maintain and enhance customers’ trust in Docusign and hold the quality bar high as part of product delivery Innovate in the data protection space to deliver increased value as part of Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management strategy Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and impact analyses to leadership and key stakeholders Create a collaborative culture around you Drive critical data governance and privacy initiatives, including the implementation of a GDPR-compliant framework and the development of a robust strategy for international data transfers and residency Job designations

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on data protection, compliance, or security Experience with communicating with partners at all levels Experience with analyzing and problem-solving, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Preferred
Technical expertise in implementing efficient, large-scale data purging and data destruction strategies in complex database environments (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring data integrity and minimal performance impact Experience architecting or implementing technical solutions for large-scale, cross-border data transfers and data residency initiatives Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field Experience working in an Agile development environment Wage transparency and benefits Pay for this position is based on geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. California:
$126,900.00 - $197,800.00
base salary; Washington:
$120,800.00 - $174,525.00
base salary. This role is eligible for bonus and RSUs where applicable. Bonus: Variable incentive pay for eligible roles Stock: Eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) Benefits
