Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

Develop and articulate a clear, ambitious AI product vision aligned with the overall Oracle Data Intelligence mission.

Drive the long-term roadmap for AI features and capabilities within Oracle’s Data Intelligence Apps, ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs and business priorities.

Serve as an internal and external evangelist for AI-driven product experiences.

AI Product Leadership

Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI-driven features across the Oracle Data Intelligence Apps ecosystem.

Guide investment and prioritization decisions, leveraging AI and Data Science to deliver high-impact business outcomes.

Define use cases where AI can provide the greatest customer value—such as proactive insights, recommendations, decision automation, and continuous business monitoring.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with engineering, UX, data science, sales, and customer success teams to deliver seamless integrations of AI technologies.

Foster a collaborative culture with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving buy-in and execution.

Engage with customers, partners, and Oracle field teams to identify needs and validate AI-driven solutions.

Thought Leadership & Market Awareness

Monitor industry trends, AI advancements, and competitive landscape to ensure Oracle maintains a leadership position.

Represent Oracle Data Intelligence at industry events, webinars, and executive meetings.

Customer Impact

Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring new AI capabilities drive measurable business value across domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Service.

Continuously track the performance of AI-driven features and outcomes, iterating as needed to maximize customer success.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in cloud computing, GenAI (Generative AI), machine learning, and natural language understanding technologies.

10+ years of product management and/or AI product leadership experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS or business applications.

Demonstrated expertise or deep domain knowledge in at least one Oracle Applications domain: Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Marketing, or Service (strong plus).

Track record building and shipping AI-powered enterprise solutions with measurable customer impact.

Experience working with large cross-functional teams, influencing at all levels of the organization.

Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Proven ability to drive product strategy from ideation through execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $155,600 - $338,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
