You will report to the CEO and contribute to strategy and lead activities critical to all business development, competitive intelligence, and financing initiatives. Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end business development strategy, reporting directly to the CEO. Source, evaluate, and negotiate high-impact partnerships, licensing deals, equity investments, and acquisitions. Lead due diligence, opportunity assessments, and deal structuring with internal and external stakeholders. Build and execute strategies for out-licensing, in-licensing, and collaborations with top pharmaceutical companies. Serve as the external face of the company at conferences, industry events, and partner meetings. Drive internal alignment across R&D, legal, finance, and operations for seamless deal execution. Qualifications
10+ years of biotech business development experience, ideally in immunology/autoimmune space. Proven track record negotiating complex deals and structuring high-value partnerships. MBA, PhD, or MD preferred. Exceptional executive presence and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and drive outcomes.
