Senior Product Marketing Manager, Instruments and Accessories Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is a global leader in acute care diagnostics. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager leads commercial marketing efforts for Radiometer’s portfolio of blood gas analyzers and sampling accessories, driving product adoption, generating new leads, and enabling sales teams with tools that accelerate opportunity conversion across North America. This role reports to the Director, Marketing and is part of the Radiometer North America Marketing Team and is fully remote.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the adoption of instruments and sampling accessories. Design sales tools and messaging frameworks that support positioning and objection handling. Create digital content and nurture campaigns to support leads throughout the sales funnel. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of clinical workflows in ICU, ED, or laboratory environments. Proven experience selling or marketing capital equipment and accessories to hospitals, including knowledge of procurement and sales processes. Experience using digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to generate and nurture leads and executing Account-Based Marketing campaigns across key hospital accounts. Travel
Ability to travel up to 40%. Preferred experience
5+ years of experience in diagnostics or hospital-based settings. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000. This is the range that Danaher believes is the range of possible compensation at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
